Emjay Rubber Grommet Insert

Grommets for irrigation purposes have traditionally been made from rubber for many years. Here at Microjet® we experimented to make a better grommet that was not so badly effected by the sun and impurities and chemicals in the irrigation water. We tried a host of different materials until we decided on Flexible PVC with a Nitrile filler. This material is still soft and flexible enough to allow easy insertion of the grommet and fitting but much more resistant to sunlight & chemicals. Emjay® Grommets are injection moulded to ensure that they are sized correctly and made more accurately than traditional rubber grommets.
